We HIIT HARD
Each class is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session taught by certified trainers who are Health & Recovery Driven. We aim to ensure you meet your TOTAL BODY HEALTH GOALS, using proven methods to enhance your cardiovascular endurance, physical strength, flexibility, range of motion, or core and proximal stability.
Our Fit LIFE Classes Include:
(functional fitness training, mobility, boxing, cardio, abs, golf, yoga and strength & conditioning)
We also offer "Open Studio" sessions where you may come in during periods in which we do not have scheduled classes to use the fitness equipment and exercise at your own pace. (Space is limited and requires reservation for use)
